Dual Polarized Magnetic Antenna
A ferrite substrate in dual-polarized antennas enables smaller elements. The resulting dual-polarized antenna has improved performance in bandwidth, isolation and impedance matching over dual-polarized patch and planar type antennas. Return loss, isolation, and fractional bandwidth (FBW) can be controlled with bent monopole and helical designs of the ferrite substrate, resulting in change of effective permeability. |
