Remote Sensing and Assessment of Helmet Collision Impacts
|A system utilizing a network of microphones to track acoustics from helmet-to-helmet impacts during a football game with a algorithm to convert the sound measurement to a force measurement. The system will track by location in real time, allowing the user to determine which player specifically took the hit and how hard the hit was. The system relies on a database to convert measured levels of sound into impact force.|
